What started as a dream by a dedicated group of DeKalb County citizens is now a reality with the new DeKalb County Humane Shelter! The FCI team worked beside these friends from the beginning stages providing budgets, conceptual designs, fundraising guidance, agency assistance, and ultimately construction!
