In need of a Construction Manager to direct the pre-con and construction phases to meet the tight budget and schedule needs of the new Manchester Health Science program, the Manchester University Board of Directors of selected FCI Construction to bring this multi-aspect project to a timely reality.  This two-story structure will house Nursing and Physical Therapy programs, and include teaching and research laboratories, classrooms, offices, and support spaces.
