The Kuehnert Milk House project expanded the fifth-generation Kuehnert Dairy Farm into a true farm-to-table destination, complete with a retail store, processing facility, and café. The new space allows the family to produce and sell fresh milk, cheese curds, butter, and ice cream—all made on-site from their own herd of cows. Supported by a Dairy Business Innovation Alliance grant, the project combines modern innovation with the farm’s 120-year legacy, creating a welcoming destination that strengthens their connection to the community and celebrates local agriculture.
